Kim Pantano

Kim opened the doors of Shear Fade in 2020 after making her dream come true of being a business owner! With the love and support of her Family, friends, and Clients, Shear Fade grew into what it is today! Kim has been cutting hair for 15 years! She is dueled Licensed! She has a fierce passion for Barbering and does a killer fade! With a straight razor in her hand she’s as happy as can be! She loves serving her clients and making them happy! Being behind the chair is her passion!

Megan Sechrist

Megan is unique! She is a licensed Barber and has been behind the chair for over 14 years! She does it all from bald fades- to color corrections! Coming on as part of the Shear Fade team she has picked up her passion for color again and has excelled at being a well rounded stylist! Shes funny and cheerful and Always a good time!

Destiny Lefever

Destiny has been doing hair for a little over a year! Coming to Shear Fade right out of school she has grown into an incredible stylist! Coloring and highlights is her specialty! She has a true love for being behind the chair and is always learning new things in the industry!

Becca Bensley

Becca has been behind the chair for 15 years! She’s a curly hair girl, fixing curly hair problems! She’s certified in curly haircuts! She loves color! She loves cuts! She does it all!

About Shear Fade

Started in August of 2020 Kim Pantano opened the doors for Shear Fade. Having gotten her barber schooling at ABA. Since then the business has picke up as more and more people realized the value from Kim’s trained eye to create great style haircuts at a very reasonable price.

Providing A Friendly And Comfortable Atmopshere for Haircuts

Kim takes pride in being one of a few barbershops that has experience and specialty in working with special needs children and their haircuts. Stemming from her time as a teaching assistant for special needs kids at Martin Meylin Middle School here in Strasburg.
